1. Click the library catalog link on the library home page. 

  2. You can search by Keyword, Title, Author, or Subject.

  3. Type in your search terms and click on the search button. For instance, you might search the keyword “Elephants” in the library catalog.

   4. Scroll through the results list to see if there is a result pertaining to your search.

  5. If there is a book you want to read, write down the call number and retrieve the book from that location (for more information on locating a call number, refer to the "I don’t know where to find a call number in the library" page on the left side.

  6. If it is an e-book, it will say online access below the result. Click on that link to read the book, and you may have to put in your A# and password to gain access. If you want to search specifically for e-books, click on "Finding e-books" on the left side of the page.

  7. If the library doesn’t own the book you are looking for, you can request it through Interlibrary loan
