Ole Meets St. Peter
My trusty, faithful, dependable, honorable and good hired man does puzzle me sometimes. If I live to be 90 years I don't think I will know all about this unassuming, good-natured man. Like the little monkeys, he "Hears no evil, Sees no evil and Speaks no evil." He really believes that "God's in his Heaven; all's right with the world."

The Liars Club Story
Andy wanted to be a member of the Liars Club of Burlington, Wis., but to be eligible for membership to this august body of honest, truthful liars you must submit a lie of your own. So Andy sent in the Wild Goose story above recorded and was told by return mail that this story of Ole's prowess as a painter and expert marksman was evidently a true account of Ole's ability. So membership was automatically denied.

Rex, The Magnificent Morgan
In the course of human events, fate seems determined to decree that in our everyday humdrum lives some things happen that at the moment go unnoticed. But viewed as a chain of events, over a term of years, they etch on memory's wall a picture so vivid you never forget it. Such a picture was Rex, the lovable Morgan.
